Vayu supports three user roles, each with different permission levels:Admin & Controller
Admins & Controllers have full access to all features and settings in Vayu. This role is designed for account owners and senior team members who need complete control. Key capabilities:- Full access to all invoices, customers, plans, and products
- Configure account settings and integrations
- Manage all users (invite, update roles, remove)
- Access all reports and revenue data
- Full access to measurements, meters, and events
Only users with Admin role can invite new users and manage existing users.
Developer
Developers have focused access to technical features needed for integration and data management. This role is designed for engineering teams implementing Vayu. Key capabilities:- Full access to measurements, meters, and products
- Read access to events
- View phase labels and pricing (read-only)
- Full access to jobs
- Limited access to other features
